Get Primary Cell Membership (Single-Valued)

Returns the first cell membership for a vertex (for backward compatibility).

Usage

vertex.primary.cell.gfc.flow(gfc.flow, vertex)

Arguments

gfc.flow

A gfc.flow object.

vertex

Single integer vertex index.

Value

A single-row data frame with primary cell membership and count.
