Returns the vertices of a spurious basin that need harmonic repair,
along with the boundary vertices and their values.
Usage
get.harmonic.repair.vertices(gfc.flow, label, y, adj.list)
Arguments
- gfc.flow
A gfc.flow object
- label
Label of a spurious extremum (e.g., "sm1", "sM2")
- y
Original function values (used to set boundary values)
- adj.list
Adjacency list (for finding boundary)
Value
A list with:
- interior.vertices
Vertices to be repaired
- boundary.vertices
Vertices on the boundary
- boundary.values
Current y values at boundary
- extremum.vertex
The spurious extremum vertex
