Extract a Canonical Basin Merge Tree

Usage

get.basin.merge.tree(object, required = FALSE)

Arguments

object

A canonical basin_complex.

required

If TRUE, error when the selected method has no merge tree.

Value

A complete basin.merge.tree object or NULL. The returned object contains the canonical basin and merge tables together with the graph, scalar field, memberships, assignments, plateau graph, parameters, and provenance required for plotting and cutting the tree. Use object$merge.table when only the merge-event table is needed.
