Helper function to reconstruct gradient trajectories from absorbed basin structures stored within merged basins.

Usage

extract.gradient.trajectory.from.structure(absorbed.structure, vertex.id)

Arguments

absorbed.structure

Absorbed extremum structure from merged.basin$absorbed_extrema

vertex.id

Vertex identifier (1-based)

Value

Integer vector of trajectory or NULL if vertex not in basin
