Compute Cell Vertices (Intersection of Ascending and Descending Basins) — compute.cell.vertices • gflow

For a valid gradient flow cell (m_i, M_j), computes all vertices that belong to both the ascending basin of m_i and the descending basin of M_j.

Usage

compute.cell.vertices(basins.obj, min.vertex, max.vertex)

Arguments

basins.obj: Basins object
min.vertex: Minimum vertex m_i
max.vertex: Maximum vertex M_j

Value

Integer vector of vertices in cell (m_i, M_j)
