Returns the set of domain-graph vertices belonging to the \(\hat{y}\)-cell determined by a minimum extremum and a maximum extremum. In a trajectory-first gfc.flow object, a cell is represented by the union of vertices from all trajectories that start at the given minimum and end at the given maximum.

Usage

cell.vertices(gfc.flow, min.id, max.id)

Arguments

gfc.flow

A gfc.flow object from compute.gfc.flow() with trajectories computed (i.e., store.trajectories = TRUE).

min.id

Minimum extremum identifier: either a label (e.g., "m4", "sm1") or a vertex index (integer, 1-based).

max.id

Maximum extremum identifier: either a label (e.g., "M1", "sM2") or a vertex index (integer, 1-based).

Value

An integer vector of unique vertex indices in the requested cell.
