Summarize Iterated Intersection k-NN Graphs

Usage

# S3 method for class 'iterated_iknn_graphs'
summary(object, ...)

Arguments

object: An object from create.iterated.iknn.graphs().
...: Unused.

Value

A data frame with one row per iteration and neighborhood size, reporting vertex, edge and connected-component counts and mean, minimum and maximum degree. This is the object's stored summary component.
