Remember a Graph Explorer Project — register.graph.project • dgraphs

Register an existing benchmark directory for the explorer's project picker. Only its name and location are saved. Scientific assets stay in place.

Usage

register.graph.project(project, name, overwrite = FALSE)

Arguments

project: Benchmark directory or quadform benchmark manifest file.
name: A nonempty, unique display name; it can also be passed as project to explore.graphs() or read.graph.benchmark().
overwrite: Allow an existing name to point to a different directory.

Value

The updated project catalog, invisibly, with name and path columns. Set options(dgraphs.projects_dir = ...) to change its location.
