Inspect a Collection of Hop-Constrained Path Graphs

Usage

# S3 method for class 'path.graph.series'
summary(object, ...)

# S3 method for class 'path.graph.series'
print(x, ...)

Arguments

...

Reserved for generic method arguments.

x, object

A collection returned by create.path.graph().

Value

summary() returns a data frame of hop limits, vertex counts, edge counts and stored route counts. print() displays up to ten rows and returns the original collection invisibly. No paths are recomputed.

Examples

paths <- create.path.graph(create.graph("chain", 6), h.values = c(1, 2, 4))
print(paths)
#> Path graph collection: 3 hop limits
#> h vertices edges routes
#> 1 6 5 5
#> 2 6 9 9
#> 4 6 14 14
summary(paths)
#> h vertices edges routes
#> 1 1 6 5 5
#> 2 2 6 9 9
#> 3 4 6 14 14
